Fluvian Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aurelia Waters SpA collects, uses, stores and protects personal data obtained through the Fluvian website.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to personal data collected through the Fluvian website, particularly through contact, quotation and commercial inquiry forms.

Depending on the information provided by the user, Fluvian may collect:

Details of the inquiry or request.

“I would like to receive news, promotions and commercial communications from Fluvian.”

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to contacto@fluvian.cl. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the request was received.

6. Adults Only

The Fluvian website and its forms are intended for persons aged 18 or older.

Before submitting a form, the user must confirm:

“I declare that I am at least 18 years old.”

Fluvian does not intentionally request dates of birth, identity documents or copies of identification to verify age. If Aurelia Waters SpA becomes aware that personal data was provided by a minor, it may delete that information.

7. Storage and Access

Personal data submitted through the website is stored in a PostgreSQL database located in Chile.

Access is limited to authorized personnel of Aurelia Waters SpA who require the information to perform their duties.

8. Service Providers and Data Recipients

Aurelia Waters SpA may use technology, hosting, infrastructure or website-support providers when necessary for the operation of the website.

These providers may process limited personal data solely to provide their services and must handle it according to applicable instructions and security obligations.

Personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties for their own independent commercial purposes.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, a competent authority or a valid court order.

9. Google Analytics 4 and Cookies

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to obtain statistical information about visits and website use.

Once the information is no longer necessary and there is no legal obligation to retain it, it will be deleted or anonymized.

Aurelia Waters SpA will implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

However, no online transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Privacy-related requests will be processed within the periods established by applicable Chilean law.

If additional information is required to process a request, Aurelia Waters SpA may contact the applicant using the information provided.

Fluvian does not currently make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects based exclusively on automated processing of personal data.

15. Changes to This Policy

Aurelia Waters SpA may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, operational or technological changes.

The current version and its latest update date will always be published on the Fluvian website.

16. Applicable Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, particularly Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and its applicable amendments.

It will also be adapted to the provisions of Law No. 21,719 when that law enters into force on December 1, 2026.
